【摘要】:ThispartofISO14064specifiesprinciplesandrequirementsandprovidesguidanceforthoseconductingormanagingthevalidationand/orverificationofgreenhousegas(GHG)assertions.ItcanbeappliedtoorganizationalorGHGprojectquantification,includingGHGquantification,monitoringandreportingcarriedoutinaccordancewithISO14064-1orISO14064-2.ThispartofISO14064specifiesrequirementsforselectingGHGvalidators/verifiers,establishingthelevelofassurance,objectives,criteriaandscope,determiningthevalidation/verificationapproach,assessingGHGdata,information,informationsystemsandcontrols,evaluatingGHGassertionsandpreparingvalidation/verificationstatements.ISO14064isGHGprogrammeneutral.IfaGHGprogrammeisapplicable,requirementsofthatGHGprogrammeareadditionaltotherequirementsofISO14064.NOTEIfarequirementofISO14064prohibitsanorganizationorGHGprojectproponentfromcomplyingwitharequirementoftheGHGprogramme,therequirementoftheGHGprogrammetakesprecedence.
