【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthedesign,installation,operationandmaintenanceofbatchproductionfixedortiltinghorizontalbowltypemixerswithoneortworotatingshaftswithorwithoutmovableblades.Thesemixersareusedtomix,kneadandhomogenisefoodforanimalorhumanconsumptioninpowder,pasteorliquidform.Themixerscanbefloormountedortransportable(withorwithoutcastors).Theyareintendedtobeusedwhenstationary.Thesemachinesareusedinfeedmillsandfactorieswhichproduce,workonorprocessfoodstuff,forexamplebiscuits,bread,chocolate,cerealproducts.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththeuseofthemachineinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomixerswithhorizontalshafts,whenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardalsospecifiesfoodhygienerequirements.Thefeedingequipment,thedosingequipment,andtherequirementsofequipmentforthesupplyofinertgases,andforheatingandcooling,areexcludedfromthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.Thehazardsduetotheunloadingequipment(container,dischargebelt,etc.)arenotdealtwithinthisEuropeanStandard.WhendraftingthisEuropeanStandard,ithasbeenassumedthatthemachinesarenotintendedtobecleanedwithawaterjet.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomixerswithhorizontalshaftswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
