【摘要】:Spacecrafthaveconsistentlyhadtheproblemofcontaminationofthermalcontrolsurfacesfromline-of-sightwarmsurfacesonthevehicle,outgassingofmaterialsandsubsequentcondensationoncriticalsurfaces,suchassolararrays,movingmechanicalassemblies,cryogenicinsulationschemes,andelectricalcontacts,controljeteffects,andotherformsofexpellingmoleculesinavaporstream.Tothishasbeenaddedtheneedtoprotectopticalcomponents,eitheratambientorcryogenictemperatures,fromtheminutestdepositionofcontaminantsbecauseoftheirabsorptance,reflectanceorscatteringcharacteristics.Muchprogresshasbeenaccomplishedinthisarea,suchasthecarefultestingofeachmaterialforoutgassingcharacteristicsbeforethematerialisusedonthespacecraft(followingTestMethodsE595andE1559),butmeasurementandcontrolofcriticalsurfacesduringspaceflightstillcanaidinthedeterminationoflocationandbehaviorofoutgassingmaterials.1.1Thispracticeprovidesguidanceformakingdecisionsconcerningtheuseofaquartzcrystalmicrobalance(QCM)andathermoelectricallycooledquartzcrystalmicrobalance(TQCM)inspacewherecontaminationproblemsonspacecraftarelikelytoexist.Carefuladherencetothisdocumentshouldensureadequatemeasurementofcondensationofmolecularconstituentsthatarecommonlytermedx201C;contaminationx201D;onspacecraftsurfaces.1.2Acorollarypurposeistoprovidechoicesamongtheflight-qualifiedQCMsnowexistingtomeetspecificneeds.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
