【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamodelforestimatingtheradiationimpactofgalacticcosmicrays(GCR)onhardwareandonbiologicalandotherobjectswheninspace.ThisInternationalStandardcanalsobeusedinscientificresearchtogeneralizetheavailableexperimentalevidenceforGCRfluxes.ThisInternationalStandardestablishesthemodelparametersandcharacteristicsofvariationsinthe10MeVto10MeVGCRparticles(electrons,protons,andZ=2to92nucleiinthenear-EarthspacebeyondtheEarth'smagnetosphere).
