【摘要】:1.1Thisguidedefinesthecriteriaforcomposition,properties,andotherrequirementsforbrushescontainingamatrixofoneormoreconductingmetallicelementsoralloysandoneormorelubricatinglamellarsolids.1.2Theresultingspecificationisintendedforusewherethesize(forexample,5by3by2mm),shape,orotherfactorsprecludethedeterminationofpropertiesonspecimensofthebulkmaterialfromwhichindividualbrushesaremade.1.3Therequirementsrecommendedhereinhavebeenfoundtobedesirableformostbrushmaterialcomposites.Caremustbetakeninpreparingaspecificationforapre-existingmaterialthatimpositionofoneormoreprovisionshereindoesnotalterthematerialoritsperformance.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtobecomefamiliarwithallhazardsincludingthoseidentifiedintheappropriateMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)forthisproduct/materialasprovidedbythemanufacturer,toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
